We are writing this letter to thank your team for resolving the issue surrounding the ceiling light in the entrance way of our, soon to be, new home. Judi has been great at trying to get the issue resolved. I cannot stress how accommodating and understanding she has been. In addition, her quick response demonstrates her commitment to customer satisfaction. The other persons worth mentioning along with Judi, are Lindsey Seal and Tyler (at the construction site). Lindsey is always cheerful, and always willing to help when necessary. We had the pleasure of talking with Tyler about a previous issue last week, and he was patient, and clear about the steps that we needed to take.
