The condo fees range from $145 per month on the smaller units up to $208 per month on the largest.
What do the condo fees cover?
The condo fees cover all the exterior maintenance of your home excluding the snow removal of your driveway and walkway, all landscaping, garbage removal, road snow removal and your water.
