Coughlan Homes recognizes that home building has evolved through the years.  Many builders strive to give you the best price for their product, but eliminate some items of great value to you – and then charge you to add them back.  At Coughlan Homes, we believe that you should receive a home that you can make your own, and enjoy in its’ standard state.  That is why we don’t have Standard Features, we offer you Included Features.   Click here to view our Included Features.

At CreekWood besides being close to nature in a great community and close to all shopping, you will enjoy many Included Features.

In our detached models, you’ll enjoy the expansive 9 ft ceilings on the Main Floor.  Included in the Kitchen to complement the higher ceiling, we include Tall Upper Kitchen Cabinets.    All of the 40’ designs also offer 9ft. ceilings in the Master Bedroom.

Every home in Creekwood has Oak Railings, Pickets, Handrails AND Oak Nosing under railings on the main and second floor.  This feature not only looks finished with carpet, it makes a transition to Hardwood floors a simple change.  All our homes are principally Clay Brick and Stone.
