Decor Centre

The "Crew" at Coughlan Homes has created their first ever Upgrade Selection Book.  The patience of the purchasers is greatly appreciated, given this is the first book we have ever created.  It should help facilitate budgeting and understanding what upgrades can be considered.  

Each purchaser will be contacted personally by our Decor Consultant who will set up an appointment time for you to go through your decor choices, budget and colour selections.  She will help guide you through this process and offer support.  The appointment will be approximately 3-4 hours in length.

In addition, the Decor Centre has OPEN BROWSING HOURS, where purchasers can visit and together with their personal Decor Upgrade Selection Book, they will have the freedom to look at the available upgrades, colours and choices.

The open BROWSING hours are as follows:

**Please note that the Decor Consultant will not be available during these hours.  Should you have questions about the selections, please use the Browsing Notes Sheet available at the Decor Centre to make your notes.  Then, at your appointment time, you can bring the Browsing Notes to facilitate a more efficient appointment time.  The receptionist at the Decor Centre will be unable to answer specific questions for you.
